Our Process

Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical, and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community.

Application and Screening Process

Unlike most providers that have a checklist of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Our goal is to provide affordable, quality, all-inclusive living arrangements to all those who are in need.

Order of Intake Process

1. Meet Admission Requirements:

·         Photo ID

·         Willing to abide by House Rules ( Shared Housing ONLY)

2. Apply Online: Fill out the online application and one of our specialists will contact you.

3. Interview & Orientation: Upon filling out the application, you will be contacted by a specialist who will do an over-the-phone and/or video interview and answer any questions you may have. A background check will be conducted as well. Once your application is approved, payment of the first month’s rent and the move - in fee / security deposit is required at least 1 day prior to the move - in date.

4. Move - In: After the application, interview, and payment of upfront costs and fees, you will be welcome to move in and receive a tour of the house.

Cost

The price of rent depends on the property type and preference of the applicant. Generally, this is what to expect: There is no credit check. Rent price includes all utilities (incl. wifi). (SHARED HOUSING ONLY: houses are fully furnished.)

We accept the following payments: SSI, SDI, Veteran’s benefits, and Housing Choice Vouchers. Private pay options are: Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. In addition, clients with representative payee services or a dedicated agency paying on their behalf are also accepted.
